We all make mistakes, we learn from them and move on, accepting the mistakes and lessons learned.
The problem starts when we keep the mistakes a secret. This little act created fear of others finding out.
The fear will drain our vibration and prevent the vibration from going up.
- Secrets are ‘heavy’ like sandbags that keep the hot air balloon from floating up.
- Fear is like the hot air no longer hot, cold, the balloon sinks.
Ego and Soul preferences:
- Secrets are the domain of the ego, and selfishness prevents others from learning to become better.
- Transparency, sharing the mistakes and lessons, to allow others to learn from and improve themselves from the journey, is the domain of the soul; there are no secrets for the soul
Choose wisely, because the higher your vibration, the greater your immunity, the better your health.
Can we list down all our secrets n burn them? It is no longer secrets or do we hv to confess to someone? Then tgere is no more secrets. Why must we tell another human being??? Some things are just impossible to tell another entity…nothingvto do with ego. Again FEAR of being judged?!!!
Which ever works for you, if you are a VISUAL, burning helps, seeing it gone.
If you are an auditory person, LISTENING by another, as confession helps, it moves from you to another.
If you are an kinestheric person, FEELING the the ABSENSE helps, as contrast before and after.
When we don’t share, WE FEAR being judged and used back at us, hence we need to have more TRUST within us, brave enough to share. Yes FEAR of being JUDGED.
