Mind-Body connection

Walking is not about exercise, not about keeping body warm in cold winter days.

It is not even about health, it is about the mind-body connection.  When the mind-body connection is enhanced, the body heals itself because the body knows you need to be healthy, the body put more priority to the health by healing the body.  While at the same time building a strong relationship with the body by the mind, so that when you get sick, for whatever reason, you ask the body to heal, the body will put highest priority to heal the area affected immediately.

The question is why does the body not automatically heals it instantly?

The answer is, the body is busy keeping you alive!  That’s the top priority, the other, the healing will happen when time permits.  We need to be patient to allow our body to heal but when we have a great mind-body connection, when you, the mind asks, the body does immediately.

Go do the walking for improving, enhancing the mind-body connection!
