It appears that we are all different but we are essentially the same.
What is not more obvious of this sameness is:
- There are 3 personas within each one of us
Depending on which one is the dominant one, the other 2 will remain dormant.
The 3 personas are:
- The Thinker.
- The Doer.
- The Thinker-Doer.
This means we can be all 3 when we choose to, but for most of us, it is only 1 dominant and 2 dormant persona. See it as, one driver, the dominant and the other 2 are the passengers in the back of the car observing, they just want to rest in the back till the driver gets to the destination.
- The thinker prefers to think and play with possible outcomes, they tend to talk a lot and do not like to do anything physical, they will discuss anything under the sun or the moon, doing is not what they want.
- The doer prefers to do and not think, they tend to get buried in work. You can tell, when they go to someone’s house, they will help to clean up the dishes to help, sweep the floors, organize the sink. They prefer not to talk or discuss, they are very handy to have around.
- The thinker-doer prefers to listen and observe, talk only when asked, else they prefer to observe what is happening around, they will help when asked else they are busy in the back ground learning about everyone and hearing what they are saying. They are alone in their head, testing everything that is being said, filtering out rubbish keeping on the truth.
When you know yourself, you will start to know others, because you can see which persona is driving them, what each persona likes to hear and not like to hear simply because you know your own 3 personas.
We are very much alike than we like to think.
