We know the effects of stress to dis-ease, right? Or do we?
Did you know that stress, there is good stress and there are bad stress? Only the bad stress causes disease and the good stress causes health, as in self healing.
- Bad stress = dis-stress, it is dense, disconnecting to the life force for disease.
- Good stress = eu-stress, it is light, connecting to the life force for health.
We generalize, we don’t realize that stress can be good or bad. Take example:
Fast heart beat, it is bad right?
- No, fast heartbeat is generally bad but when you are in love, the heartbeat is also fast.
- One fast heartbeat is good, the other fast heartbeat is fear, it is bad, because you are not well.
Be cause, do not generalize stress.
- Eustress HEALS, it is self healing, your body is self healing.
- Distress is disease causing, it is self sabotaging, your body is disconnecting with life force.
Be clear about stress and take control over your health.
