The best learning are the ‘experiential learning’.
This means when the need arises, the teaching will be retained for long term, else the learning leaves the mind. As the old saying goes, “when the student is ready, the teacher appears“.
Do not spend too much time teaching what is not applicable to them, because they students will not remember it, they will end up having reasons why they did not retain the knowledge.
The best knowledge are the experienced knowledge that they need when they are being applied.
Keep teaching simple, just enough. The truth is the students cannot retain the knowledge because their mind filters what they they think is irrelevant.
Be an experiential teacher, not a knowledge teacher.
Teach only when need arises because knowledge, learning retains when the need arises.
