What is healing crisis?

There are 2 connected feelings, related feelings in the self-healing process.

  • The first feeling is when the foreign toxin enters the body, when the body detects the entry.
  • The second feeling is when the foreign toxin exists in the body, and the body discharges the toxin.

The second feeling is the “healing-crisis”, where the toxins are being transported out, sweated out, fevered out, headache out, vomit out, diarrhea out of the body, or pain felt in the area where the toxins are being forced out of the body from where they were stored. The feeling is the ‘pushing out’ feeling of toxins existing.  This is a very important part of the self-healing process.  The toxins need to be out before the real, ‘repair, replace and recharge’ of the cells takes place!

Often, the body will feel very tired; you have no idea why, but it is, because a lot of energy is being applied to the toxin discharge process.

What is important is that you need to remain calm, relax, drink lots of water, and rest, to allow the body to readjust the energy flow. It is like the traffic is being redirected, the energy is being rationed from where they would normally go, to where they are needed, to discharge the toxins.

It is normal to worry, stress, “what is going on, what do I need to do to end this”?  When we reach out for the magic pills to end it, especially when pain is concerned, or we take some stimulants like coffee to compensate for the tiredness to keep going, stop that!  Yes, it is an ‘addiction for a quick fix for instant relief’.  This will only cause the toxins to be redirected to being stored in the body, which will cause major problems later on; the cumulative effect of the toxins stored will end up in the hospital.

A healing crisis is the ‘discharging of toxins’ from the body.
