What delays self-healing?

The key thing to bear in mind is that what delays self-healing or even stops self-healing is HOLDING onto STRESS.  The breakdowns are:

        • Stress, like worrying, panic, anxiety;
        • Negative thoughts;
        • Negative emotions;
        • Negative actions;
        • Toxin intakes more than toxin discharge;
        • Holding onto negative emotions and thoughts;
        • Organs removal from the body (all organs have a specific function);
        • Holding on the negativity delays, is self-sabotaging the self healing process.

Do your best to relax and allow yourself to let go of stress, by knowing and living your purpose to keep being healthy!
