The FIGHTING, the WAR stage.
There are 7 distinct stages we have to go through, a very long journey. Many do not get to complete this stage 1 for many lifetimes!
This is the first stage, the fight or war, where the left brain hemisphere is fighting with the right brain hemisphere. They are competing to ‘drive’ the body to execute what it ‘thinks’, ‘do’, and ‘feel’, basically, who is in ‘control’ will have its say.
The left brain hemisphere is logic driven, it will think of cause and effect, trying to protect the body, will do when it is logical that will acheive its desired effect, else it will not take action but shift in the thinking mind, giving examples, proves why it is a bad idea because of the past experience, what others said about this sort of events, to get the body to stop what it is doing, creating fear to stop any action, to save the body and itself. It’s prime directive is to protect the physical body from harm.
The right brain hemisphere is belief-driven; it will not think of cause and effect, it just wants to ‘do’ what it wants to, because it believes it is good for the body. You can see this side of the brain as an explorer, not prove that it will not work, or will work, but heck, just do it and find out. It has many believes, some may conflict (when conflict, fear is activated) but it does not matter, that’s how we find out, by doing and interacting in the world. What is the point of being alive when we don’t feel it all? Let’s, just do it already!
Both sides of the brain when in CONTROL, will have authority to think, feel, do what it wants to. The winner will run the body anyway it thinks, how to live life. It is like ‘who will drive this robot body’? Both sides want to PLAY with driving the robot body. This goes on daily or hourly or even moment by moment, depending on WHO WON the debate and gets to drive the body.
Wait, who decides who won or lost?
YOU, you are the boss, the final decider of the ‘debate’. The winning side will get to drive the body! You are the boss of the body, you decide which side gets to be in control. Yes, you, the ‘ego’. You have a purose but get lost thinking your job is just to DECIDE like ‘speaker’ in the parliament, deciding which side gets a voice and take control over the country. When you think about it, the body has trillions of cells, each of the cells are the citizens of the body, it is a government and you, the ego gets to decide which side of the brain has the control over the trillions of cells in the country call the body!
The ego has a purpose, but it ‘forgot’ during its descend from very high vibration, it is like it had an ‘amnesia‘, ego cannot remember it’s purpose when landed in the low vibration environment, it only remember very little. It gets put into a position of ‘the decider’ of which part of the brain gets to drive the body.
As time goes, depending on what it is feeling, ego gets addicted to one side, a bias, a favoritism to stick to just one side, leaving the other side quiet. They have the voice but the ego just get stressed and frustrated, that’s why sometimes, it will give in and let the other side take over the body. This frustration leads to emotional turbulence. This is why at the war, fighting stage, the ego is very ’emotional’ fighting to be right and avoid wrong, to keep in control of the body, the trillions of cells in the body, to think, to feel, and do!
The noise, the fighting, the war is constantly happening, it is a debating team with high volume, like a concrert hall with each side singing as loud as it can. The ego cannot really think, in such an evironment. It will come a time when the ego had enough and wants ‘silence’, ‘peace’ from the war that is happening between the two sides. That’s the potential birth to transition to the next stage, stage 2, the ‘peace’ stage.
Stage 1, war stage is an emotional and often violent stage, where ‘separation’, the craving for pace happens, to want to ‘think’ what i going on, the EGO wants SPACE to figure out what, why and how to solve this constant fighting between the two. Imagine you have two babies in the room, both of them a crying for attention. This is what it is like for the ego, in a room with 2 babies fighting for control over the cellular body, the ego is super emotional, wants to make both sides happy to keep the crying for attention down. It is a war room.
What is the best solution for the ego? Give them space and take charge of the body, to drive the body itself instead of having the left or the right brain to control the body. Walk away from the crying babies, let them learn to work it out between the two, let them talk to each other, to grow up, else it is war all the time, emotionally draining.
The EGO learned to LET GO of controlling either sides of the brain hemispheres, leave this stage and in silence, get to remember its purpose in this life time. Often, many life times, the ego holds on to the position, trying to calm the 2 crying babies fighting to win control over the robot body, fighting for the RIGHT to control, they are both ‘always right’, never wrong in their fighting, it is justified to keep fighting, no peace in sight! This is where BOTH SIDES learn to lie and manipulate and bribe the EGO to let them take control over the body. This is how the PEACE happens, when the ego gives the 2 babies space to work out their difference, that’s when you have stage 2, peace. Yes, if in the war stage, ego dies with the body, ego has to RETURN again into another body to ‘remember’ its purpose and live to fulfill its purpose. The ego will have to repeat as many life times as it need to remember and lives the purpose!

How do you quiet the mind? It is quite impossible to leave 2 babies to fight and hurt each other. This is irresponsible parenting.
What is your priority, I guess? Would being healthy be more responsible to be able to look after babies or sick, and not be able to be a responsible parent? One’s choice of how to live life, be healthy or not healthy first. It is like on the plane, it says to put on yourself first, is that being irresponsible for the passenger sitting next to you, whom you love? Is that an irresponsible passenger?
