We are defaulted to be healthy, until we make ourselves NOT.
Our body can self-heal and has been doing the self-healing all this time, until we overload the body with so many toxins that it does not have time to do anything else.
Toxins are here to stay; there is no way around it. The air, the water, the food from the environment, we cannot reduce the toxin intake by living in fear of toxins, of what we have to remove from our diet; that fear alone is another toxin by itself that will stress us into dis-ease. What we need to learn to do is to SPEED UP DETOXING to help our body to keep doing the self-healing.
How do we speed up detoxing?
Raise our cellular vibration to shake off the low vibrational toxins.
How to raise cellular vibration?
Meditation or a self-healing process.
What is the difference between meditation and or self-healing?
- Meditation is like separating the mud from the water by keeping the water still, the mind still, to separate from the toxic intake.
- The self-healing process is like displacing the toxic ink from the water in the sink by running water into the sink till the water is clear.
Which one to choose?
Depends on how your mind works; if you can calm your mind to stop thinking, meditation. If your mind cannot stop thinking, then do a self-healing process because it involves imagining the self-healing in the body.
The key is DETOX regularly to help the body to heal instead of overloading the body with toxins, which leads to dis-ease.
The more you remove the toxins out of the body, the higher your cellular vibration will be.

Thank you Stephen for this insight. Meditation is difficult at times for me because the mind is constantly running but daily self healing gives my mind something to focus on and it is very effective for me.
Thank you again!!
Thank you for applying what you learned.
