EGO is the ‘you’ that is doing the thinking.
EGO can be positive or negative, depending on which side of the brain hemisphere is controlling the cellular body (your physical body).
When the left brain hemisphere, is controlling the physical body, you are logic driven, you plan and think, you know what to do base on the cause-effect, you can make logical decisions to reach the outcome you wanted in life, it is all very ‘strategic’, the to do list, the ‘gantt chart’ to tell you what to do, when to do, to ensure it is done on time.
When the right brain hemisphere is controlling the physical body, you are belief-driven, you do not plan, you go with your ‘gut’ feelings. You are intuition driven, you don’t need to plan, you are in the flow, there is no time but your time, you are ‘feeling mode’ driven.
EGO can be either the left or the right brain controlled, the physical body will ‘obey and do’ what which ever side the ego is in control. Like the government, the left and the right, which ever wins the election, they are in control of the country for the terms. The same is true of the your EGO, which ever is in control, the body ‘must obey’.
This is the problem, the EGO does NOT know this fact. The EGO gets confused and conflicted, because it is ‘fighting with each other‘ and this confusion prevents the body from achieving what it wanted. It is like one side of the brain says PLANT this here, then when the other side takes over, pulls it out and throw in the bin, you never get to plant the garden with beautiful plants.
EGO development is about teaching the EGO to ‘make peace’ with each other and ‘nurture-support’ each other towards a common outcome. When you have the peace, or at least closer to peace in agreement, both sides can agree on the outcome, then no matter which side is in control of the physical body, both sides has the same agreed outcome and keep working towards the outcome.
When there is ‘peace‘ there can be an ‘achievable outcome‘. Else confusion, conflict, excuses, blaming, complaining will be the way of life and living in an escapism life.
When you are interested in achieving an outcome instead of not, join us and let us show you how to align the left and right brain together and achieve a desired outcome.
