If you want independent kids, as parents, we need to learn to ‘give them space’.
Give them space to think, to figure out what they ‘need’ in life to live. When they have space to figure out what they need, they will need space to work on what they need, because when they figure it out on their own, they will ‘value’ the answer more than when you ‘tell them’, which they will forget as soon as you leave the room!
Most parents find it hard to give them space, the reason being? They want to ‘protect them’, it is a parental instinct to protect their children, they had 18 years or 21 years of daily conditioning to protect them!

- Learn to give children space to live what they need.
If you, as parents, do not give them space, they will never become independent but will depend on someone to tell them what to do and how to do.
Just give them space, but be there for them when they ask.
