We have talked about this before.

Emotions is your PROGRESS REPORT.

        • Negative emotions = Expectation (what you want) > Experience (what you got now)
        • Positive emotions = Expectation (what you want) < Experience (got more than what you wanted)

If you have negative emotions, your EXPECTATION is still not met.

If you have positive emotions, your EXPECTATION was exceeded.

When you have negative emotion, you just have to say…

          • “THANK YOU for the reminder”.
          • DIRECT the energy towards the completion, achievement of the EXPECTATION.

When you have positive emotions, you just say…

          • “THANK YOU for the reminders to keep going”!
          • ENJOY the positive emotions.
          • LET GO and NEXT!

This is how you want to be in charge of your emotions.

Else emotions control you, nag at you because you have yet to know WHY emotions are nagging at you.

Emotions will keep nagging at you when you have YET to learn WHAT emotions are trying to tell you, to KEEP GOING or ENJOY the COMPLETION of your expectation!

When you know the message from your emotions.

You have EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE!

Examples:

ANGER (negative emotion).

When you feel the anger, you are ANGRY with yourself (though you think it is about them), but you are angry with yourself for NOT PLANNING ahead.

Planning shall mean, you did NOT GIVE a CLEAR OUTCOME (expectation) and NOT GIVE CLEAR HOW TO instructions to GET to the outcome.

They play by ear, do the best they can, but because it is NOT up to your expectations, you are angry with them.  When in fact, you are ANGRY with yourself for NOT giving clear outcomes and instructions for them to DO.

Remember, negative emotions DRAINS your vibrational energy, which leads to tiredness and prolonged stress of low vibration leads to dis-ease and eventually, if too many negative emotions, you will trigger cancerous disease to eat away at your negative emotions.

Solution:

        1. PLAN ahead by giving a CLEAR EXPECTED OUTCOME;
        2. PLAN ahead by giving a CLEAR PROCESS, HOW to get to the outcome;
        3. Demonstrate to them how and check the specific outcome;
        1. LET THEM SHOW YOU, demonstrate to you HOW;
        2. LET THEM REPEAT till you are satisfied they can DO on their own, muscle memory conditioned.

You will see the anger gone, because you have PLANNED AHEAD, they are doing it the way you wanted them to do, met your expectations!

JEALOUSY (negative emotion).

When you are jealous, say, your best friend married someone amazing.

          • THANK YOU jealousy, now I know what I lack, now I know what I want;
          • DIRECT the jealousy energy towards FINDING the quality you want in the partner;
          • WORK on finding your own IDEAL partner;

You will see jealousy disappear when you find your ideal partner.

EMOTIONS is a SIGNAL, a PROGRESS REPORT of what you NEED, WANT that is STILL YET to be FULFILLED.  Emotion is a REMINDER of what you still have to do!

Be thankful for the emotions to REMIND YOU.

WORK HARD towards your uncompleted EXPECTATION.
