Darkness is?

The second message was “darkness is your friend”, not feared. The universe is 99% darkness, only 1% rathher less than 1%, is light. I need to learn to see in the darkness, then the fear of darkness will fade.  After ICU, having faded into the darkness so many times, one learns more because I made it out and am still alive.

  • See it as such, the room is dark, does it mean the room is empty? But is a room empty just because it is dark?

We are trained to think that the darkness of the space means it is empty.  Look up at the night sky, you are attracted to the shiny blinking lights of the stars, the darkness in between the stars, is there really empty space?

When you turn on the light, you will probably see that the lighted room is filled with furniture, even people who are silent!

Darkness shows me that darkness is not to be feared but a friend, so that you are not subject to fear, the stress that causes your body to be in dis-ease.

Relax into darkness, let the body’s stress melt the fear away, the body relaxes, and the healing will happen speedily.

Learn to look into darkness instead of fear, but into knowing fear, to allow the body to self-heal more effectively without the stressful fear of the darkness. After all, when we fall asleep every night, that’s where we go, into the darkness to recharge our cellular body.
