Knowing the brain hemispheres controlling more love or NO love. We want to have more love moments, or for some, more NO love moments (logic-driven).
For now, more love moments, we want more right-brain love hemisphere:
- Create a ‘trigger statement’ to switch back to the right brain (love), like “I want love” or “I am love“;
- Be thankful, say ‘thank you‘ often. When you get up, say thank you for being alive. If someone passes you something, say thank you, etc.
- Smile when you look at people, when you talk to people, yes, some people do not look at you when they talk;
- Feeling awareness, be aware of the positive and negative feelings. When negative feelings are activated, activate the trigger statement to redirect back to the right brain.
- Active re-focus, keep redirecting to the right brain, for more love moments
- Relax, choose to relax all the time, when stressed, tell. yourself to relax deeper;

You have to FEEL it, you can choose NOT to HOLD it for a long period of time, it is the FREQUENCY of FEELING for the cosmic balance, NOT how LONG you have to feel it, so be a captain, FEEL IT and REFOCUS with the TRIGGER STATEMENT back to the right brain for more loving moments.
Yes, some will NOT want love; they want LOGIC. Remember, the LOVE (right brain hemisphere) and LOGIC (left brain hemisphere) are constantly fighting; it is normal when you have the love-driven, you will also have the logic-driven. Then create the LOGIC trigger statement.
