Channeling is “listening in” to the nothingness.
Nothingness is where we all came from. The reason to listen in on the nothingness is to ‘remember’ who we are. We are learning about who we are instead of being distracted by daily living and repeating lives. When we remember more and more, we get healthier and wiser, and eventually, when we listen and incorporate what we learned, remembered, we become who we are.
When we listen in, there are sources of ‘talking’, we need to learn to filter out the noises so that we can focus on the nothingness to learn and remember who we are.
When we begin, when you learn to channel, there are lots of noises in the silence, you will be listening to:
- Noise outside, can get distracted easily, being pulled back out to the external instead of remaining in channeling.
- Left brain talking;
- Right brain talking;
- Cells talking;
- Spirits whispering;
- Nothingness;
Again, the objective is to FOCUS on nothingness to help us remember who we are and eventually become who we are. We need to learn to FILTER out the other noises, as in not listening in on the other sources of talking.
Channeling cannot happen when you are stressed, this is why when you go to a psychic (a form of channeling who listen in to the spirits instead of the nothingness) and you stress them out by questioning them, they cannot listen in, they get disconnected from their ability to channel, then they have to force to make up stories to please you.
Channeling can only happen when you are totally relaxed. When you are relaxed, you are at peace. Like in a wet market where everyone is talking at the same time, you cannot hear, but when the wet market is quiet, at peace, you can hear, you can listen in to the source of talking.
Channeling is similar to journaling; the difference is that journaling has an extra step, which is ‘writing’. Journaling involved writing down the channeling so that we can read and re-read what we channeled to make sense of the messages coming through the channeling.
How to do channeling?
- Learn to relax body and mind totally; instead of stress, you cannot channel when stressed.
- Peace happens when you are totally relaxed.
- Listen in to the sources of talking, chatter in the mind;
- Filter out the other noises.
- Focus on the nothingness;
When you learned channeling, journaling, you will begin to have greater clarity in life, you begin to know your purpose in this and previous life times, your confidence in yourself will increase, leading to a healthier you, wealthier you, and wiser you.
It requires lots of practice and self-discipline. I have been doing journaling (writing down channeling messages) since the year 2000. Lots of practice.
