Causes of Dis-eases are?

Let’s define dis-ease from APW context first.

Dis-ease is the accumulation of toxins in the body over time, and the body has to express it as disease.  The dis-ease is caused by the toxin overload, creating a feeling of discomfort.

The accumulation of toxins can be or a combination of:

  • Overload of Human-made chemicals;
  • Lack of physical movements, allowing toxins to be stored in body for longer time;
  • Lack of water, allowing water to flush the toxins away for discharge;
  • Lack of relaxation, allowing body to relax and let go of the toxins build up in the body;
  • Lack of purposeful living, don’t know what is most important in your life, not know why you are living on earth to motivate you to live;
  • Lack of freedom to live life, suppressed from living life the way you wanted to, you do as told;
  • Negative thoughts;
  • Negative emotions (like fear, anger, sadness, frustration, guilt, shame, anxiety);
  • Negative actions;
  • Negative humans who drains your energy;
  • Holding onto past, not moving towards your dream;
  • Spirits;

All these creates stress on. your body, which creates the dis-ease, that will drop your vibration lower and lower till your body’s self healing no longer can do its work at self healing.

It may seems overwhelming but keep it simple, to stay healthy, you just need to do these:

  1. Drink lots of water (not flavoured drinks);
  2. Walk to sweat out toxins in body;
  3. Rest when sun goes down, not partying or working;
  4. Live towards your dreams;

When you can do these, you are allowing the body to detox and heal your body, which means, more toxins leaving the body than coming in, it givers your body time to heal itself and maintain good health.  Do not FEAR the human-made chemicals by AVOIDING what not to take it, because FEAR is a toxin the body generates that will stress the body into dis-ease.

In summary, to live healthy, not create dis-ease:

WATER, WALK, REST, LIVE your DREAMS
