You are

You are SOUL when your mind and body merges as one.

You are EGO when you mind and body are divided, separated from being united.

• You are EGO when you think you are the THOUGHTS, the intelligence;
• You are EGO when you think you are the EMOTIONS, the feelings;
• You are EGO when you think you are the ACTIONS;

When you catch yourself saying, “I am NOT this or that”, that’s a division, separation, you are EGO.

You are the ETERNAL SOUL when you are OBSERVER of your thoughts, feelings and actions, because the soul is the ETERNAL OBSERVER, DECIDER of the journey call life.

You are eternal soul when you accept that you are the good and bad, but you CHOOSE to be GOOD or CHOOSE to be BAD, because you ARE all the components of thoughts, emotions, actions plus more, you are the eternal soul, observer, chooser, decider!
