Alignment shall mean, what you think and say is the same. Another word is ‘responsible‘.
This alignment allows the cells in the body to DO AS TOLD congruently without any doubt of who to listen to.
Often in a stage 1 environment, we need to be nice and not say what we think. This tendency causes non-alignment for our cells in our body to get confused and conflicted as to which to follow: is it what is SPOKEN or is it what is THOUGHT?
The cells of our body are obedient, will do what is told, WHEN there is only ONE voice to take instruction from, when we are aligned.
When there are 2 voices, the SPEECH and the THINKING, they get confused which to listen to to take action from, hence the cells become confused and conflicted. Over time, there will be coordination issues for the non-aligned person. As in an irresponsible person, there will be a diseased mind and body.
It is challenging when the aligned person is in an environment that is not aligned.
The solution is to MOVE OUT of the non-aligned environment to the aligned environment instead of trying to FIT in to the environment, then the aligned environment will be conflicted within.
Know which mindset you are, aligned or non-aligned, and stay within the appropriate environment to avoid internal conflict that causes stress to the body.

Why would anyone want to have a non-aligned mindset?
Kids are majority mon-aligned, they are irresponsible to have fun in life, they do not keep their words, only fun, that’s just how it is for kids, carefree, free from responsibility and when things go wrong, blame others, and have excuses for not doing what they said.
Adults are meant to be aligned, where they are responsible for their words and honor their words.
There is a place and time for a non-aligned mindset, and there is a time for an aligned mindset. Be flexible.
When you are too stressed, non non-aligned mindset is GOOD for you, you stop needing to control the events, you can just have fun in life to destress!
Accept everyone, know them and keep focus on your outcome, most of all, enjoy your journey, whichever mindset you have, aligned or non-aligned.
