How to be healthy

We are in control of our health, really, we are, when you know what health is and what is NOT health.

Start with what is health.  Research shows that 90+% of disease is caused by stress, meaning less than 10% of disease is from genetic causes.   To keep it simple, STRESS = DIS-EASE.

What is the opposite of stress?

RELAXATION, deep relaxation, REVERSES stress and back to EASE, which is HEALTHY.

As the name suggests, DIS = NOT, while EASE = RELAX.

Dis-ease = NOT-RELAX = STRESS

Whatever causes your body to be in dis-ease, stress, will cause the body to go into disease.  Now, after saying this, does it mean that when we do not stress, we will be healthy?  YES, the issue is this, everything we physically do is stress, when we think is stress, when we feel is stress, what we eat, drink, breathe that is NOT natural, as in MAN-MADE CHEMICALS will STRESS our body!

We will have stress, the question is HOW to REVERSE the stress (dis-ease) back to ease, health?

How to RELAX and REVERSE dis-ease back to ease?

The normal way nature has given up is “DEEP SLEEP”; this relaxes the body, reverses the stress (dis-ease) back to ease, that’s healing, the reversal of stress back into ease (relaxation).  The problem is, most are stressed more and more, having less and lesser time to rest, to sleep.  This lack of sleep, the relaxation to reverse stress into health, is causing long-term stress, which, when in long-term stress, it literally changes into PHYSICAL DIS-EASE the doctors can detect.

We need to learn to RELAX when we are not asleep, since we seems to enjoy stress more than relaxation.  This is when you can practice ‘progressive relaxation’, that is when YOU tell your BODY to RELAX in stages.

Progressive relaxation is like little drops of water coming together to create a pond.  Or many yes make a BIG YES!  Our body actually listens and does as TOLD by our conscious mind.  When we can take time off and tell the body to relax, bit by bit, our body will DO AS TOLD and the little YES RELAXES, will add up to a BIG TOTAL DEEP RELAXATION.

Learn to do progressive relaxation, and you will have learned to REVERSE DIS-EASE back to EASE (health).  Or the other is to find time to SLEEP EARLY and allow the body to REVERSE the disease back to ease.

Choose wisely, health by resting deeper or dis-ease by stressing more!
