When the time is right, when the ego has achieved the minimal maturity, like a check-list, the ascended self will see from the future and come to met you in the present. No, you cannot see the ascended self because of the vibrational difference, your physical eyes cannot detect the high vibration, it is beyond your vibrational range. Your ascended self is your ‘teacher’, it will motivate you, guide you towards what you are to do, to be the best version of you. It knows your tricks; it will tell you what you need to know to get you to become the better version of yourself daily. If you do as your ascended self tells you to do, you will be closer to fulfilling your purpose.
Due to CHOICE, you can choose to DELAY doing what you are told to do to become your best version of yourself. It is like the teacher in the classroom, the teacher tells you to do your homework but you choose to not do, then you fail your exams.
Yes, your ascended self knows this, hence it is a guide, you can choose to learn or not to learn to be better, when you get better depends entirely up to you. If you listen and do, you get to be best version of you fast and you get to ascend in this life time, else if you delay, then you start again in the next life, you can take as many lifetimes as you want, your choice, freewill. But when your ascended self appears to you, it means you have the opportunity to ascend in this life time!
