You cannot help someone no matter how much you want to, when you are NOT able!
- You cannot help another sick, when you are sicker than the other.
To be able to help another, you need to be healthy enough to be able to move and do what is needed to help another. This means we have to be SELFISH to be HEALTHY before we can be SELFLESS to HELP someone. Do not get the idea that selfishness is bad.
SELFISHNESS is HOW we can become SELFLESS!
You cannot give money to someone who needs money, when you do not have money to give.
You cannot give love to someone who needs love, when you don’t have any love within you to give.
It is very common logic, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE, you CANNOT GIVE!
Look after yourself, care for yourself, love yourself (yes, that is selfish), then when you have the self care, self love, self belief, you can start to be selfless and care for others!
Think about it, it will make sense and when you realize this, you can start to be more effective at helping others because we are able and in abundance!
