The self trust shall mean our beliefs and our thinking (logic) is about WE CAN, instead of we cannot.
- If we think or believe we cannot achieve something, WHY do we do? WHY do we look for the evidence, we will not take action, hence the evidence is CANNOT.
Everything starts with YOU, your mind, your belief, your logical thinking that you can, else you absolutely CANNOT, you will not see evidence even if you look hard, you will not find it.
