How to find the cause of dis-ease?

There are lots of dis-eases around, start with “what is the dis-ease, which organ is it affecting“?

Example, eye issue/problem.

  • To find the cause, the root cause of the problem, ask, “what is it that I do not want to see“?

Example, overweight issue.

  • To find the cause, ask, “what is it that I do not want to feel“?

Example, procrastination issue.

  • To find the cause, ask, “what am I afraid of that causes me to delay making decision“?

Now that you have the question, REFLECT BACK to WHEN did you had a trauma?  That will assist you to finding the cause of the problem/issue/blockage.

When you find the cause, the root cause, the blockage, the next is to REMOVE the blockage.
