Example, overweight issue.

- To find the cause, ask, “what am I afraid of that causes me to delay making decision“?
Now that you have the question, REFLECT BACK to WHEN did you had a trauma? That will assist you to finding the cause of the problem/issue/blockage.
When you find the cause, the root cause, the blockage, the next is to REMOVE the blockage.
