The cellular body has two energy sources:
- The energy IN the cells, the vibration (we call in APW), also called the “life force“;
- The energy AROUND the cells, this depends on what you eat and drink; if you don’t eat, you will be low on this energy.
What is more important is, where does the LIFE FORCE (vibration) come from?
- The sun and beyond.
The life force needs to be mixed with the ‘energy’, else the energy is not usable by the body. The life force is what is most important in life. This is why a person can look healthy but not driven, they have the energy but low on life force, they are not curious and not motivated in life. They are often called “lazy”, but they are not; they are really ‘life force lacking’. Yes, it can be laziness when their life force is high, but those who really want to live life, if their life force is low, they will not be living life. When their life force runs out, they will die; they dare not use the life force for fear of dying from life force exhaustion.
Where do you get the life force?
You get the life force when you have a deep sleep, your cells will charge up, or when you have alone time focusing on yourself, and in the stillness of mind and body, your life force will charge up.
Spend time alone to recharge, have enough sleep to recharge to keep your life force up and live life!
