Our reality is dualistic, which means there are 2 sides to every moment, always!
A coin has 2 sides; no matter how much you slice the coin thinner and thinner, there will always be 2 sides to any coin.
Every moment is like a coin with one positive side and one negative side. Both sides exist, the question is, which side you ‘choose’ to experience?
Which ever side you choose does not make the other side cease to exist, you have just chosen to experience one side over the other.
Example:
- For the kid in a divorce. One side is divorce, separation of parents, the other side is ‘freedom’ from parents.
- For the loved one in death, the pain of love lost is one side; the other side is freedom to live life anyway you want.
- On the lost job, the fear of no income is one side, and the freedom for a higher income in your next chapter of life.
Learn to see both sides of a moment, event, then CHOOSE wisely, which side you want to experience.
