We all have pasts that are traumatic; it is the traumas that make us unique. We held onto the past trauma that shaped us, and we find it hard to let go. Instead of learning from it, we hold onto it. It is time to let go of the past trauma and move beyond. The question is how?
Like all events, there are opposites, like 2 sides to a coin, the yin-yang.
When you are ready to let go of the past and move forward, you want to CONSIDER the OPPOSITE.
Trauma stays with us, it is BRIGHT, the opposite of trauma is DARK. See it as a coin, the side you are looking at is in the light, the opposite of the coin in the dark, you cannot see it.
To let go of the trauma, BRING THE DARK OPPOSITE into the light.
When the dark becomes like, both sides are now the same, the trauma is gone.
Those who are practicing APW with solar sun, do this:
- SEE the past traumatic event that you held.
- BRING the SOLAR SUN down and LIGHT UP the opposite of the past trauma, light it up;
- NOTICE how you felt about the past trauma. Is it gone?
- REPEAT if you still feel, till it is totally gone.
When darkness comes into the light, the darkness (the opposite of the trauma, which is the lesson) is gone, learned.

It is not always easy to let go. Sometimes we tell ourselves that we have let go of certain situation n we are done with that past situation…but it is somehow resurging at times. So we hv not managed fully to let go…hence the difficulty.
Will try with your above process n test! 😄😄
Thk you dear Stephen for your care to all of us🙏
It is always hard because we do not know how. If you can remember before you walk as a baby, the many times you fall, hard falls, you kept going, you got throgh it, now it is easy to walk… There are so many, ‘not always easy’, like driving a car for the first time, not easy, stress, sweating, nerves, now it is easy. Just keep going like when you learn to drive a car, like when you learn to walk, like when you learn to talk…. You CAN!
My past trauma is of my left leg amputated, it was difficult at first to accept it. I have let it go of losing my leg but now moving forward to receive my prosthetic leg. Maithe, Eddy and Christie gave me the courage and the strengths to go on. My daily SH has also help me to put the past behind. Thanks to Sifu Stephen for the caring and loving teaching of using the Solar Sun.
Nisa, good to hear, keep doing the self healing and keep going. You will be better, the journey ahead is different but you will learn something new and be better in other ways, love to hear more when we met, my dear botanist!
