What is the best self-motivation?
EMOTIONAL MOTIVATION:
I hear it all the time, ’emotions’, use emotions to get you to achieve what you want. I NLP, we use ’emotions’ as anchors to motivate us. We create anchors, and we fire the anchor to get us all motivated. It is true that it works, BUT not all the time. WHY? Our EMOTIONS go up and down all the time. When it is down, the EMOTIONS are not there for you to PUSH you into action; that’s just natural rhythm in our body.
LOGIC. MOTIVATION:
I also hear you have to have a good reason to motivate you to achieve what you want in life. This is true, it works too, but what happens when someone gives you such compelling logic? Is the logic way better than yours? You get SOLD even when you don’t want it! It works until a better logic overrides the previous logic that motivates you. You know, when you hear yourself saying, “that’s true“, you are sold, you bought something that you did not want in the first place. That’s the thing with ‘open-minded’ people, they get SOLD by logic.
Remember, MOTIVATION is about getting the PHYSICAL BODY TO MOVE, to take ACTION. Otherwise, the body remains where it is, no action is taken.
What is the best self-motivator?
Neither EMOTIONS nor LOGIC is the best motivator; they are ‘sometimes motivators”, sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. There is another self-motivator.
The best self-motivator is, VISUAL MOTIVATOR.
CRYSTAL CLEAR VISUAL OUTCOME MOTIVATION:
This is when you have a very CLEAR OUTCOME, a crystal clear outcome in mind, the END IN MIND. Why is this the best 100%, not sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t work, or which motivator should I choose?
When your VISUAL MOTIVATOR is crystal clear in your mind;
- When you don’t feel like it, you will STILL PHYSICALLY do what you don’t feel like doing;
- When you think something else is more important, you STILL PHYSICALLY do what you think is more important;
- SIMPLY BECAUSE the CRYSAL CLEAR VISUAL MOTIVATOR is the MOST IMPORTANT!
You will put up with the NOT feel like it or NOT logical, you will PUSH THROUGH them because the VISUAL MOTIVATOR is the ONLY THING you want, you will stress through the feelings and logic to ACHIEVE IT, it is like LIFE or DEATH situation, you want to LIVE, you will WORK THROUGH THE STRESS and FEELINGS to get to the CLEAR VISUAL OUTCOME!
