Mind, Body and Soul

Mind is for: 

            • Thinking (observing cause-effect);
            • Researching (understanding cause-effect to filter out fake stories);
            • Problem solving (testing for practical outcomes);

Body is for:

            • Doing (flexible movements);
            • Practice (conditioning of refined movement);
            • Perfecting (vibrational energy to power the movements);

Soul is for:

            • Purpose (know your purpose);
            • Alignment of mind and body (bring mind and body to work as one);
            • Completion of purposeful alignment (merging of mind, body and soul);

Our journey is to expand the mind, research and doing towards perfect alignment towards the perfection of our being through purposeful living.

Due to CHOICE, we can choose to NOT live purposeful but living distractively.

Which ever we choose, ENJOY the journey, as we have chosen the journey of life.

Choose wisely, one is of health, the other is of dis-ease.
