I was talking to friends about AI, how the world is changing, plus robots, it will be a Terminator movie real soon.
He was telling me, No, it will not, because they are programmed to operate within parameters; they are not able to be creative!
Humans are creative, robots are not creative, being the key distinction.
Another friend told me, “There is nothing new anymore in life; we just copy from others.” That is basically DO what you are TAUGHT, there is nothing new, no new creations anymore, really? Does that not sound like what robots are doing? Doing the same thing over and over again?
Then, in 1899, the patent office came out with a statement, “Everything that can be invented has been invented“.
Where has the creativity gone? Is there really nothing new anymore in life?
I would agree if we are talking about spirituality, it is the ‘all knowing’, in the sense that it was, it is, it will be, it is written, but humanity, no, there is so much more to discover, we are nowhere near having access to all of spiritual wisdom. Humanity is a minute fragment of spirituality.
- I agree, yes, there is nothing new anymore in spirituality;
- I disagree, no, there is always something new in humanity to learn;
Humanity is just ‘conditioned’ out of creativity!
Think about it, our education system, what is it really teaching us? There is ONE WAY of doing things; any other way is WRONG! What are creative arts? They are removing those as courses because it is NOT money productive. It is also harder to control, more unpredictable when it is NOT a YES or NO answer. We are basically conditioning creativity out of humanity through social conditioning, of the education system.
When we talk to others, anything that they do not agree with, they get laughed at, ridiculed even attacked, because there is ONLY ONE WAY of doing things, everything else is WRONG! Where is the creativity in ONE WAY?
Creativity involves POSSIBILITIES. When there is only ONE WAY, there are NO possibilities, NO creativity.
Personally, I think humans who claim that there is nothing new anymore are just being LAZY, having an EXCUSE to just COPY and PASTE. Too lazy to THINK, to SOLVE PROBLEMS, to find another way, a new way to DO things, to THINK things, that’s why we say, there is nothing new anymore, because there is SO MUCH MORE to TAP into from spirituality into the humanity realm that is NOT yet discovered!
If we want creativity, we need:
- PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLSET, not copy and paste mindset;
- MEDITATION to gain access to the spiritual wisdom, which is fluid creativity of possibilities;
