Self Trust

Self-trust is the hardest thing to do in stage 1.

Due to the nature of stage 1, the confusion, conflicts, chaos, we are conditioned to depend on someone, trust someone other than self, the self-doubting that happens constantly in the head, the 2 hemispheres fighting with each other, which side of the brain hemispheres to listen to, to trust?

Yet, we need to get through by learning to TRUST SELF.

There is a trust transition that must happen.

  • Trust others when we are born, we have to, the physical body is not fully developed yet.
  • Trust others selectively, while others we do not trust based on past experience encounters with them.
  • Trust self.
  • Trust self to be better, through the refinement of processes that we trusted.
  • Trust self totally, no more doubts about own ability.

If we cannot find self-trust, it means we are living someone else’s life, and we will not have control over our lives.  We put our lives in others’ hands, fear hovers over us all the time due to the uncertainty, fearing making mistakes.

If you want to take charge of your life, learn to trust yourself.

Remember, trusting the self does not mean we will not make mistakes; we will make mistakes. When we trust ourselves, we will make fewer and fewer mistakes through learning what can be trusted and built on, and what cannot be trusted.

Trusting oneself will take time, when we value our life more and more, but it must be done to start living our own lives!

Learn to trust yourself if that is the last thing you ever do in this lifetime!
