We all have self-healing mechanisms in our bodies; it will heal our bodies, but if we have toxins in our bodies, the self-healing cannot happen.
Toxins are basically all kinds of human-made chemicals that our body does not naturally produce.
The toxins have to be discharged first, before the self-healing can truly begin. The self-healing is fast when the toxins are discharged from our
body, if the toxins are in the body, the self-healing can seem like it is not working.
Self-healing starts after DETOXING the toxins in the body.
It is like when I talk to people about sleeping, actually sleeping is instant, one moment you are awake, the next moment you are deep asleep. I remember my kids, when I was driving them around, they looked tired. I told them to go to sleep, they said, No, I’m not sleepy. I turn my head and continue to drive the car. I turn my head, their head is drooping down, fast asleep. Sleep can seem long when we add in the ‘tossing and turning’ on the bed because our brain is thinking of something, when the thinking stops, you fall asleep instantly!
It is the same with self-healing. When you add the DETOXING process, self-healing seems like it is not to be working, but it is. The body is detoxing first, then it will self-heal instantly! This is why self-healing seems to take a long time or does not seem to work; it has to DETOX first before the actual self-healing can happen.
As always, you need to learn to TRUST the body to do the self-healing. If you doubt it, do not trust it; your body will not self-heal, it will trigger the self-sabotage, and not do any self-healing. You are in charge of your ability to self-heal or self-sabotage.
