Mental-Mind and Physical-Action alignment
When our thinking is not aligned with our actions, we will not get the outcome we want in life. We need to learn to align the thinking and doing to achieve an outcome. This alignment is best with a ‘clear outcome‘ in mind, so that we can work hard towards it. It is like having the peak of the mountain as the clear outcome in mind, then we walk towards the peak of the mountain. Else if we sit and think about how to get to the peak of the mountain, we will not be there. If we walk and not think about it where we are going, we can be walking somewhere else. We need the alignment of ‘outcome‘ in mind, physically walk and mentally think to guide us towards the end in mind that we actually get to the mountain top.
